Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuickReport, the reporting service available at quickreport.app (the "Service"), operated by QuickReport LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("QuickReport", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or agency, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to it.

2. The Service

QuickReport connects to your advertising accounts (such as Meta Ads and Google Ads) with read-only access, analyzes campaign performance data, and generates written, branded client reports — on demand or on a schedule you configure. Report narratives are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

4. Connected Advertising Accounts

When you connect an advertising account, you represent that you are authorized to access that account and its data — including, where you manage accounts on behalf of clients, that you have your clients' permission to do so. Your use of connected platforms remains subject to those platforms' own terms (including Meta's Platform Terms and the Google Ads API Terms of Service). You may disconnect a platform at any time, after which we stop accessing its data.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe, our payment processor.
• New accounts may include a free trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, access to paid features may be suspended; no charge is made during the trial.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it applies to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party right.
• Connect advertising accounts you are not authorized to access.
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or white-label the Service itself without our written permission (sharing the reports you generate with your clients is, of course, the point).

7. AI-Generated Content

Report narratives are produced by AI from your campaign data. While the Service is designed to report numbers accurately and write grounded analysis, AI output can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing reports before sending them to clients, and the Service is not financial, legal, or professional advice.

8. Your Data and Content

You retain all rights to your advertising data, client information, branding, and the reports you generate. You grant us the limited license needed to process this content in order to operate the Service (for example, storing report history and sending data to our AI provider to write a report). We claim no ownership of your reports — they are yours to send, publish, or delete.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by QuickReport LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the Service other than the right to use it as intended.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data from connected platforms will always be available or accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickReport LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickReport LLC and its members, officers, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your connection of advertising accounts you are not authorized to access, or your infringement of any third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 15, you and QuickReport LLC agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

15. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we both agree to first try to resolve it informally: contact us at the address in Section 18 with a description of the issue, and we will work with you in good faith to reach a resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may bring the matter before the courts identified in Section 14.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and QuickReport LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date; material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
