1. Who We Are

QuickReport is operated by QuickReport LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("QuickReport", "we", "us"), located at 971 US Highway 202N STE N, Branchburg, NJ 08876. QuickReport is a reporting tool for marketing agencies and freelance media buyers, available at quickreport.app. It connects to your advertising accounts with read-only access, analyzes performance data, and generates written, branded client reports. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information (name, email) that Google shares with us.
  • Advertising platform data. When you connect Meta Ads or Google Ads, we access campaign performance data — campaign names, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and similar reporting metrics — using read-only API access that you authorize via OAuth. We store the OAuth tokens needed to refresh this data and the performance data used in your reports. We never request permission to create, edit, or manage campaigns, budgets, or billing on any connected platform.
  • Client and report content. Information you provide about the clients you report on (names, branding such as logos and colors, contact emails, and any business context or goals you add) and the reports generated for them.
  • Marketing and prospect data. If you join our mailing list, request a sample report, or otherwise share your email with us before creating an account, we store that email address and the source it came from so we can send what you asked for and occasional product updates.
  • Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe shares with us your subscription status and limited billing metadata.
  • Usage and analytics data.Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and product-analytics events used to operate and secure the service, understand how people find and use QuickReport, and improve it. This includes first-party identifiers we use to measure our signup funnel (see "Cookies and Analytics" below).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate the reports and analyses you request, including AI-written report narratives.
  • To deliver scheduled reports by email at the cadence you configure.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service, and to provide support.
  • To process subscription payments and manage your account.
  • To communicate with you about your account, including sign-in links and service notices.
  • To send marketing emails you have opted into, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

We do not sell your personal information or your advertising data, and we do not use your advertising data for advertising of our own or for purposes unrelated to providing the service to you.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use a small number of first-party cookies and identifiers to operate the service and measure how it is used. These include a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and anonymous attribution identifiers (for example, a random visitor ID and the marketing source that referred you) that let us understand our signup funnel. We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that measures page performance and aggregate usage without cross-site tracking or selling your data. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though signing in requires the session cookie.

5. AI Processing

To write the analysis in your reports and to answer questions in the in-app chat, relevant report data — such as the performance metrics, the client business context you provide, and summaries of prior reports — is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic (see "How We Share Information" below). This data is used only to generate your output; it is not used to train generalized AI models. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-written reports before sending them to clients.

6. Google User Data

QuickReport's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • Google Ads data is accessed with read-only scopes and used only to generate the reports and analyses you request within QuickReport.
  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service (see Section 8), to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
  • We do not use Google user data to train generalized machine-learning models, and humans do not read this data except with your permission, for security purposes, to comply with law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

You can revoke QuickReport's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page or by disconnecting the integration inside QuickReport.

7. Meta Platform Data

Data accessed from the Meta Marketing API is used solely to generate your reports and analyses, consistent with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can revoke QuickReport's access at any time from your Facebook Business Integrations settings or by disconnecting the integration inside QuickReport.

8. How We Share Information

We share data only with the service providers we rely on to run QuickReport, and only to the extent needed to provide the service:

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
  • Vercel — application hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
  • Anthropic— AI processing used to write report narratives and answer in-app questions. Performance data relevant to a report is sent to Anthropic's API to generate the written analysis.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery (e.g. sending a report link to a client or a sign-in link to you).

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of QuickReport, our users, or others. If QuickReport is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different policy.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data, connected-platform data, and generated reports for as long as your account is active. Report history is kept so that new reports can draw on up to 12 months of context. If you disconnect an ad platform, we stop accessing its data and delete the associated OAuth tokens. If you delete your account or ask us to, we delete your personal data and stored advertising data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, billing records). To request deletion, contact us at the address in Section 13.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in Section 13; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising them. You can also unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any such message, or by visiting our unsubscribe page.

11. International Data Transfers

QuickReport is operated from the United States, and the service providers we use process data in the United States. If you access QuickReport from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

12. Children

QuickReport is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice.
